At Afrozeh, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience for our customers. As our products are prepared and dispatched internationally, delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of product ordered. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed shortly after confirmation. Once an order has been placed, it enters the preparation and processing stage.

After dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details where available. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on courier transit times and customs clearance procedures.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the collection and whether the item is stitched or unstitched.

Unstitched Lawn Orders
Estimated delivery time: 10-15 working days

Stitched Lawn Orders
Estimated delivery time: 30-40 working days

Formal Stitched Orders
Estimated delivery time: 35-40 working days

Bridal Stitched Orders
Estimated delivery time: 55-60 working days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, order volume, and international shipping conditions.

International Shipping Notice

All products are dispatched internationally from Pakistan. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that international shipping and customs procedures may affect the final delivery timeframe. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Afrozeh does not control or collect these charges and cannot estimate the amount that may apply.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, courier delays, high seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistical issues. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding their order status.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Afrozeh cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to pay customs duties, or the parcel remaining unclaimed, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
